I began to wake, I think I drank
Thats when the blank emerged

I Stand up straight and check for places hurting

And so I plant my legs and turned my vertebrae then heard click

And searched my dirty cave my blurry gaze was worthless
So I pulled the curtain shades to let the early rays converge in
That’s when the thirst occurred
But first my swollen bladder couldn’t hold another drop
It was only bulging fatter
Lift the seat and piss until it drips complete then drain it
And with slippered feet I drifted toward the kitchen’s entertainment
I saw abundant empty Monkish cans
Filled with guts from blunts and chunks of phlegm
But nothing I could trust and then I spied it
Hiding was a bottle of some bottom shelf
It’s 9 AM I’m not myself
I’m dying man this ought a help
I tipped it up and sipped on what I hoped would quell this trouble
And it’s then I noticed swelling on my knuckles

I limp to the latrine these symptoms seem to have been overlooked

Thats when I poured a finger and then chased with some o.j.
I feel the clarity return me to my old self
This alcoholic therapy will bury me but oh well
I’m sorta stuck between I have to and it’s up to me
Yet I ignore the bluff and try to cap it at a couple drinks
But sure enough whenever drinking with restrictions
I always turn up drunk and tend to think it’s a decision
It’s no disease it’s just a habit that I oughta lose
I’m so relieved when I’m just happy with a Waterloo
